Under the Devnarayan Student Scooty Distribution and Promotion Fund Scheme for the year 2021-22, online scholarship applications for scooty for the year 2021-22 were invited through the above release. On the recommendation of the Colleges/District Nodal Officers, the applications were forwarded to the Commissionerate. After that, objections were sought till date-23.09.2022 by issuing a temporary priority list from letter-959-960 dated-13.09.2022. From 12.01.2023 to 31.01.2023 on the basis of the demands/complaints received from girl students/parents/colleges/district nodal officers by Commissionerate’s letter no.-1748 dated-11.01.2023 Objection completed by girl students again on date-14.02.2023 The portal was opened to forward the application by the College/District Nodal Colleges to the Commissionerate by 18.02.2023. With the recommendation of the colleges/district nodal officers, the department is re-issuing the interim priority list of the applications received through forward by the Commissionerate. Details of girl students mentioned in the interim priority list, such as name, father/husband’s name, date of birth, score percentage, name of faculty, class, college, specially abled class, income etc., any kind of error and double name has been marked. If any person / principal / student / parent / concerned department or any other person has any objection / amendment, then it should be submitted in writing to the principal of the concerned college in the prescribed format (Appendix – C) by 20.03.2023.
Send the amendment received from the concerned college girl students to the District Nodal Officer. District Nodal Officer in the prescribed format (Appendix – B) (Soft copy in Excel only) e-mail of the Commissionerate. Id. You can register your objection by date – 21.03.2023 by writing complete details through sch.cce@rajasthan.gov.in. Any objection received after that date will not be considered. Anyone who wants to register an objection can register it to the concerned college and nodal college. Only objections / amendments received through District Nodal Colleges will be accepted.
Income of parent/guardian by the student Central employee/State employee/State undertaking/Corporation board employee/Financed institution employee by whom Form No. 16 or income tax return has not been submitted, not being a native of Rajasthan, receiving double scholarship Any other scooty is obtained by mentioning false information in the application form and after acceptance of the scooty, if any such information is received by the accepting officer through any means, then action will be taken against the concerned student/guardian as per the rules.
