KVS Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria vary depending on the post. Below is a simplified version of KVS teaching eligibility as per previous guidelines:

PGT Eligibility

• Master’s Degree or Integrated PG course (NCERT) in the relevant subject
• B.Ed or equivalent degree
• Proficiency in teaching English & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of computers

TGT Eligibility

• Integrated 4-year degree (NCERT) or Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks
• B.Ed from a recognized university
• CTET qualification
• Proficiency in English & Hindi

PRT Eligibility

• 12th with 50% marks + D.El.Ed / JBT / B.El.Ed or equivalent
• CTET (Primary Level) qualified
• Ability to teach in Hindi & English

PGT (Computer Science)

• M.Sc./MCA/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT with minimum 50% marks
